Do you want the natural tools box that also can be used as the chair? Try this craft project. This wood tools box is strong enough and not easy to break.
First, choose the wide size of wood roll for example is 25 cm of diameter. You can take the artistic texture that you prefer like such as pine wood and so on. It is better to dry up the wood before used. Then cut the wood roll as needed, for example is 35-40 cm of length. Do it carefully so the cutting trace isn’t break the wood skin texture. Then cut once again to make the tools box’s cover. Certainly it needs more small part of the wood for the cover. You can make a hole at the one side of this tools box cover using the drill. Make also one hole at the tools box’s body. This hole is used to put the nail or hinge that connect the tools box’s body and it’s cover (see the picture).
Then make a hole at the middle of the wood bunch to put your tools in it. For easy process, use the drill to smash the wood before use your hammer and chisel. After it, set the cover at the hinge. The top part of the cover can be refined using the smooth sandpaper.
You can paint it or give the varnish to the wood. The dry wood will absorb the varnish and paint easily than wet wood. Now your wood tools box craft project has done.
