This exotic wooden craft painting is made from wood skin media. The wood that used is a tree from Papua (Asian), called kombouw. The wood skin is pulverized until smooth. Then aerated until dry. After the wood has dried, that media is ready to painted.

The painting process is unique way. Usually, only use 3 colors includes black, red and white. The black color is comes from charcoal, then red color is took from clay and the white color is got from biya bivalve (like snail). That kerang is gathered, sliced, pulverized then burned. After burning will be got white liquid. The combination of those 3 colors makes this craft look exotic.
