[Terrarium Plants] How to Build a Terrarium
Terrarium is the container that filled up with the plant and its media. We can use terrarium plants for the room decoration or the beauty craft for the friend who likes plant.
How to build a terrarium

Container that will be used is washed and cleaned up with alcohol or glass cleaner solution. Container usually is a round fish aquarium.

Choose the plant that has slow growth, small body and attractive color (ex: cactus). That plant is pulled out from the ground where it grow, then cleaned up its root and washed with streamed water. And then give it alcohol 70% with spray it, then dried up for 24 hours.

Zeolite sand that will be used has size mesh 501. Before used, fry the sand without oil for 19 minutes and temperature 120°C. After the sand has been cool, give it alcohol 70% with spray it. After dry mix with urea fertilizer/NPK with comparison: 1 tablespoon of fertilizer with 1 kg of zeolite.

Before planting, choose the plant that match with the container. Prior to plant the big size plant and has deepest root. After finish it, watering the plant with spray gun. Spray the water to the container wall.

If the media has old green color mean that the media is clean and if has been whitish it mean that the media need spraying.

In order to the plant keep healthy, it is suggested to aerate and put in the morning sun for once a month.
